In over 25 years’ time, Jim has amassed experience that is both broad and deep. He started out in industrial engineering, putting his skills to work in manufacturing.

He established a pattern early on of mastering one discipline and then moving on to tackle the next. Over the years he developed expertise in manufacturing management; materials management; project scheduling; software engineering—and many other areas.

Eventually, Ross Systems spotted his talent and brought him on board. But Jim knew he’d eventually want to bring his own vision to life, and Encompass Solutions was born.

Another Ross Systems alumni, Sonia has developed a multifaceted compendium of expertise, acquired in more than a decade of taking on a series of new challenges. 

She began in manufacturing, working on an ERP implementation. From there she became proficient in small business operations, including the development of a standard implementation methodology. As she has grown to take on ever more complex projects—including many for large, multi-national companies—Sonia has (at last count) worked on over 30 implementations in a cross-section of process industries. She is particularly knowledgeable in enterprise-wide integration and the management and support of heavily customized applications.

Jason Claggett has been working with technical aspects of Vista/Vantage since 2003 and is experienced with it through its current ERP 10 version. 

He holds a BS/BA in Computer Science and Communications. During this time he has helped transform many company networks into state-of-the-art technology centers. Jason has also engineered many complex hardware solutions for various customers throughout the country.

He is experienced with the most recent versions of Microsoft Windows Server technology, network infrastructure design/planning as well as hardware implementation.

Dave Cranshaw Henry has been working with ERP since 2006.

He has a very deep understanding of the ERP business objects that can be leveraged in workflows, embedded customizations, and BPMs for customizations, stand-alone applications, and integrations. He also has SDK experience and has assisted Epicor with building core products using the native software development kit used in-house.

Dave has been supporting EDI implementations since 2007 and has a full understanding of both the standard transactions supported by the Epicor and Infor Visual product and due to his technical background has assisted with multiple non-standard transactions that require custom solutions to be built for unique industries. Dave also manages our internal development resources and high-profile technical projects, and, as such, has had extensive experience managing projects over the last five years.

Allan Ward is Encompass Solutions Chief Operating Officer (COO), the role that brings together all of the company’s customer-facing functions in order to deliver each customer an exceptional customer experience from the first contact to maximizing their investment by partnering with each customer on their business transformation journey. In the role of COO Allan is responsible for all revenue-generating activities. 

Allan is a passionate advocate for customer centricity, focusing on supporting customers with effective business solutions he is also a believer in change and has built a reputation for enabling customers to use technology to create competitive differentiators and operational efficiencies. 

In addition to his many years on the Epicor professional services team, he has led services teams for several other software resellers; Cre8tive, Luxent, and KeyedIn. Allan has over two decades of working primarily in the professional services industry holding several positions such as Global VP of Services, VP of Services, Sr Director of Services, and Sr. Manager of Consulting Services.  

Allan lives in Venice, FL. and when not spending time with friends and family, he volunteers his time in his community serving on his local HOA board and various committees.

Paul Bilodeau

Paul is a seasoned sales leader with a passion for developing high-performing sales teams. Throughout his 29 years in sales and sales leadership roles, he has personally trained over one thousand salespeople and hundreds of sales managers.

As a sales leader, Paul has held positions as Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Regional VP of Sales, and VP of Sales and Marketing for organizations in Telecom, HR Consulting, Energy Services, Leadership Development, and Sales Consulting.

As a business owner, Paul created and grew his sales training and development company, Sequential Selling, over 10 years. Consulting with both large and small businesses, he often served as an outsourced VP of Sales – applying a holistic approach to shaping existing average-performing sales teams into high-performance teams. In 2011, Paul sold his company to a Top 10 Sales Training organization in Greensboro, NC, and became their VP of Sales and Marketing.

As VP of Sales and Marketing, Paul led the sales training organization to achieve 3X growth over 5 years. As a member of the executive team, he worked closely with ownership and the board of advisors to craft and execute the corporate business plan. This also included actively engaging with key accounts, coaching and developing individual contributors, developing and maintaining relationships with key vendors and partners, managing brand positioning, and thought leadership, and leading all day-to-day sales and marketing activities.

Paul graduated from George Brown College (Toronto) and attended York University’s Schulich School of Business for post-graduate studies. Paul is certified in DISC, PIAV, SSI, Hartman, Behavioral Interviewing, and other developmental assessments.

Paul’s first passion is his wife Pamela and their two children, Nicole and Payton. He volunteers for the Greensboro Youth Hockey Association and the Triad Hockey Alliance. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing, hiking, golf, hockey, and yard work (yes, that’s right…actually enjoys yard work).
